Information about the products on the website may contain any inaccurate information, incomplete, inaccurate, and unreliable, due to human error and we continuously make effort to make the information correct and up to date. Rite Way Medical reserves the right to change the price or information on the website without prior notice. Images listed on the website may be representational the actual product may vary.
Rite Way Medical expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rite Way Medical doesn’t affect the terms of product manufacturer’s warranty.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, human error, intentional misuses or otherwise shall the Corporation be held legally responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of income, profit and/or data, loss of or damage to person or property and claims of third parties resulting from the use, or the inability to use, the materials on the Website, even if Corporation and/or its representatives have been advised of the likelihood of such damages. The courts of the State of Florida shall maintain jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of transactions taking place on the Website.
Rite Way Medical are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. and Puerto Rico copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Company names, logos, and trademarks may not be used by you in any manner without the prior written consent of Company
Note to buyers : In case of large orders of $200 or more may be held for further review as payment is authorized, completed and verified by the customer’s credit card issuer. In some circumstances where billing address and/or shipping address is different, then in those cases additional information will be required to verify the validity of order and to protect fraud or abuse of credit or debit card holder.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Rite Way Medical maintains the privacy of its customers; we do not share any kind of confidential information to anyone not belonging to Rite Way Medical Team. Rite Way Medical does not share a customer’s health and personal information in any circumstance. All information collected through website, phone or by any medium is kept confidential.
If you have opted for receiving marketing emails, SMS, and calls, you may receive promotional mails from Rite Way Medical, if you want to opt out of Rite Way Medical marketing emails you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on unsubscribe on the bottom of the email.

Returns and Exchange Policy
What to do in case I want to return an item?
Make sure you understand our return policy. You must ensure that the purchased item is returnable. For that, you must check out the list of non-returnable products. In case the bought item is not eligible for a return, we would not be in a position to return or exchange the bought item. In such a case we appreciate your understanding. However, if the purchased item fits for a return, we would be happy to do the needful, as we are committed to satisfying our customers.
Click here to initiate the returning of the item, and we will respond positively in 1-2 business days.
RiteWay Medical’s Return Policy
You can raise a request for a return of the bought item under the following conditions:
- If the product bought is eligible for a return.
- If there is a shipping fault at our end.
- In case you have received damaged products.
- In case any part or accessory of the product is missing.
Our committed team will immediately look into the matter and initiate the refund or exchange process. However, re-shipment will not be possible, if you enter the wrong address online, or if you enter the P.O. Box.
If you must return the bought item, we request you to do it within 7 days of the delivery of the item. Also, make sure the product you want to return is in good shape with the safety seal intact.
In addition, we are entitled to subtract the original shipping amount from the refund, in case the order was shipped for free. But in case the error was made at our end, we will refund the entire amount without deduction of shipping charges.
The returnable products are directed to the Restocking fee of 25%, which is subjected to all the returnable products.
List of Non-Returnable Items
RiteWay Medical values customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are obliged to take your return request seriously and act on it as soon as possible. However, keeping in view the health and safety concerns, there are a few non-returnable items.
Following are the items that you cannot return:
- Opened personal care items.
- Oxygen concentrators
- All men’s health items, including erection pumps, tension bands, and incontinence clamps.
- Raised toilet seats and commodes.
- Shower chairs.
- Transfer benches.
- Toilet frames.
- Toilet risers.
- All special order (*sp) items.
- All custom items (EZ Ramps, Cut-to-order, Span-America Mattresses, et cetera).
- All clearance items.
- Anything opened, used, or tried on.
- Custom wheelchairs.
- Bulk orders.
- Transfer Lift Chair.
- Health Smart Products
- Life Corporation Products
- All items by Surgical Appliance and Truform
- Items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website
- All Hygiene items
When should I expect the refund?
Once we receive your request, we will start our proceedings for a return. The shipper might take 7 to 10 business days to transit the product to us. Our process to complete your return might take 5-7 business days. Also, your bank might take 5-10 business days for processing our refund request. Therefore, you may expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks.
How Do I Get an RMA Number?
You can either call us at 813-333-0363 or sign in to RiteWay Medical Account to get an RMA number after issuing a support ticket from Orders. You will receive an email after review by the Riteway Medical team. Do not forget to fix or mention the RMA Number on the returned product, as the RMA number helps us to identify the product.
How to exchange a product?
Different manufacturers have different return and exchange policies, therefore, exchanging a product becomes difficult. In case you wish to exchange a product, you need to follow the steps of returning the product and then re-order a new item that you wish to buy.
What is the Cancellation Policy ?
At Riteway Medical, we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experience. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be applicable according to Riteway Medical return policies.
If you wish to cancel your order kindly contact our Customer Service department at 813-333-0363 or email us. Any product that you canceled may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of total amount. The refund on canceled orders will be credited back to the original method of payment mode. Coupons or any special offer applied on the order will not be credited back. Riteway Medical reserves the right to cancel any order. The orders can’t be changed or modified once processed for shipment.
