Foot wrap plantar fasciitis designed for wear under or over socks, or when barefoot. Thin profile design fits comfortably in most footwear. Arch washable and reusable for months. Interchangeable to fit left or right foot. 1 per pack

Directions:

• Can be worn directly against the skin or over socks. Place the gel pad against the bottom of the leg and position it comfortably in the arch area. Pull straps up and over top of the foot. Secure with fasteners. Check for a comfortable fit. Trim excess strap length if desired.

Care:

• Hand wash, rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
